The villa is located on the asian side of Istanbul in a quiet town called tuzla which is about 35 km from Istanbul city. It is surrounded by pine trees and has a variety of flowers and fruits in the garden. Amongst others you can find roses olives lemons and mandarins. It has a private pool which is 12 m by 6 m big and between 1.5m and 2m deep. The house has a special wall insulation called sandwich insulation which offers a natural cool freshness in the house without the use of air-conditioning.
The ground floor of the villa consists of a spacious living and eating area. The dining table has room for up to 8 people. The table can be extended and the room will be for 16 people.
The open fireplace is a guarantee for some romantic evenings. Of course the fire wood will be provided. Play a game of billiard or just relax on the corner couch whilst enjoying the view of the garden. This floor has a bathroom with a toilet and washbasin.
The adjoined kitchen offers a further comfortable sitting area from where you also have a view of the garden. The kitchen provides you an oven and stove and all kitchen utensils plates cups and glasses for more than 12 people.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with view of the garden or private pool and all have a double bed wardrobe and bathroom ƒ of them ensuite) with shower/bathtub. If requested, we can put more beds to the bedrooms and they can be up to 4-5 persons per rooms.
The roof terrace with lighting has a beautiful view of the 0,3 km far Marmara Sea. In the day you can sunbathe in the enclosed glass paneled area (of course garden furniture are provided) and at night you can enjoy the view of the sun going down behind the famous Prince Islands.
In the cellar of the house is the sauna for a relaxing time. In the sauna at the same time 6 people can use it. Furthermore, you can find the laundry room with a washing machine and washbasin.
You can reach the beach of Tuzla in a few minutes by foot where there are numerous restaurants cafes supermarkets and also Windsurf facilities. The beach is known for a special wind and very nice.
On request pets are allowed in the villa.
A list of important telephone numbers and addresses will be provided. The gardener can take care of your shopping and offers a barbeque service for a small fee.
All bed linens pillows blankets and towels are included in the price as well as the final cleaning of the villa.
On request we can provide an airport transfer service with a small fee. The airport Sabiha Gökcen is about 18 km away from the villa.
